Transparency

CSASPP is committed to as much transparency as possible. That includes reasonable transparency in our work, material updates, and our finances. There are some limitations, however. We always must remain mindful of the responsibility to not compromise litigation privilege. We also must protect the identity of any donor who wishes to remain anonymous.

Everyone who follows this campaign will be kept apprised of our public hearing dates as they become known, which court house they will be held at, room number, how to attend, and other important procedural steps along the way. We are strong believers in the open court principle.

Our financial records can be made available for inspection by writing our treasurer. These records show how donor funds have been raised and where they have gone. We have had several such inquiries, but every individual to review our records has been satisfied that there were no financial irregularities. We intend to keep it that way.

Our non-profit’s certified by-laws can be obtained here, our constitution here, and our certificate of incorporation here.
